Common Questions

Q • How do I book a party?

A •  All you need to do is fill out our enquiry form, then we will get back to you within 24hours with the details on how to book and pay. Once we have then received the deposit from you, we will send you a booking confirmation and you are all set!

Q • Do I need to supply anything?

A •  We will supply the entertainer with what they need for our party structure, balloons, glitter tattoos, games and music! The only things you need to supply are:

  1. The Venue
  2. Food
  3. Party Bags
Q • What is the maximum number of children to invite?

A •  The maximum number of children that we can cater for per one entertainer is 25. Please do not exceed this amount as this can be extremely difficult for our entertainers to handle as we won’t be able to perform to our usual high standard and keep everything under control- we do hope you can understand this!
If you would like to have a bigger party, with more children you would need to book two entertainers or more with us.

Q • What dates and times can we book with you?

A •  Our most popular parties are over weekends. We also take bookings for week day parties if you would like.
Our timings usually start from 10am up until 6pm.
If you would like to book out of these times, please call us so we can see our availability and try to accomodate you!

Q • Do you do boys parties?

A •  Yes! Simply fill out our enquiry form, and write in the ‘other’ section of characters which character you would like. We will try our best to provide your chosen character.

Q • Are your party games suitable for girls and boys?

A •  Absolutely! All our parties are most suitable for ages 2-3 years +. Our entertainer will call you on the week of your party to discuss games suitable for your group of children. If you would like all princess themed games or more superhero/obstacle courses/mixed activites we can cater for all to enjoy!

Q • Are your entertainers DBS checked?

A •  Yes, all our entertainers have up to date successful DBS checks.

Q • What if I want to cancel my party?

A •  We do understand that sometimes parties might need to be cancelled or even postponed. Deposits are non refundable as soon as the booking confirmation is sent to you via email. If you do need to cancel your party, the deposit will be charged however we will be happy to reschedule your party 12 months from your original party date.

Q • What if our guests are late to the party?

A • Unfortunately our entertainers are booked for the specific times chosen and these cannot be delayed. We recommend you ask your guests to arrive on time.

Q • What is the correct space/venue for my party?

A • We can accomodate to any venue you choose, whether it is in a hall or at your home!
Ideally if you are having 15+ children we would recommend you hire a hall or area that is comfortable for the amount of guests you are having and the games/activities.

Q • Do you cover my area?

A •  The main areas we cover are London, Essex, Kent, Surrey and Hertfordshire. Travel charges many apply for some postcodes.
