Covid Safe Parties

  • Socially distanced princess visits are in place to make sure our entertainers and your families still feel safe during these current circumstances.

  • Parents are fully responsible for the amount of guests they have to their party, which should ensure that they are following the current government guidelines.
  • Parents are fully responsible for complying with government guidelines, legislation around covid-19 and that children are washing their hands before & after the party.

1. Confirmation of the booking

-Your booking is only fully confirmed once we have received your deposit and you have a confirmation of the booking email from us. The deposits must be paid within 48 hours of your enquiry form. Please make sure you obtain confirmation of your party payment.

-Our terms and conditions must be agreed and accepted for all bookings. Regardless of whether the booking was taken over the phone or through our booking system.

2. Cancellation Policy

– We understand there may be times when a party needs to be cancelled. We are able to reschedule your party depending on availability of our entertainers for you within 12 months of holding your deposit for you. If you would like to cancel the party completely, we would charge the deposit fee.

3. Entertainer

– Once the deposit is received you will receive a receipt via email, stating the amount paid already and what the remaining balance is. The receipt will also confirm all of your party details including character, time and date. On an extremely rare occasion, your chosen character may become unavailable, however we will do our very best to find which ever character you would like and which you are happy with.

– The entertainer under any circumstances WILL NOT accept any form of verbal or physical abuse. If the entertainer feels as though they are being threatened or made to feel uncomfortable, we reserve all rights for them to terminate the party immediately.

– We reserve the right to change which Entertainer is allocated to your party. We are under no obligation to notify you of this change, however your entertainer will always contact you on the week of your party.

-We accept no liability for any party lateness or cancellations related to Force Majeure (e.g:  extreme weather, emergencies etc). You will only ever be charged for the amount of time your entertainer is at your party.

4. Payments

– Please note if the owner (Megan) is personally requested, there is a supplementary charge dependant on the area.

– The remaining balance is to be paid to your entertainer is on the day of the party. Thank you.

– Deposits are non refundable as soon as the party is confirmed via email.

– Please note travel charges may be added to your booking dependant on our entertainers availability and locations.

– If you change the address of your party and you do not inform us, we do have the right to add a travel charge if this changes the distance / amount of time for our entertainer.

5. My Magical Parties

–  My Magical Parties is not liable  for associated costs with your personal party outside that of your entertainer and reserves the right to make any changes e.g: props, equipment, party structure and games played.

– You acknowledge that all our princesses and characters which are booked have no association with any other named brands. We do not wish to infringe any copyright laws. We have  our own costumes, creative characters, jewellery, wigs and props derived from our imaginations and DO NOT claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name brand character.

– Your entertainer is paid on the amount of time that they spend at the party, not on the activities, costumes, props and games at the party.
